A run on the treadmill and a gardening session this morning resulted me clocking up 15,000 steps before lunch.

Filled Harriet's car up with petrol, checked the tyres and oil and a quick spin round the supermarket this afternoon and a shot of the nearby canal.

Nothing much else to report. Harriet is busy with her studies.
