Barney in action

Busy bank holiday including three walks with the dog and a trip into town with Charlotte for some essential shopping! At least I got plenty of steps in.

Got up for the early walk so hubby could get some sleep after his night shift and really enjoyed a longer walk than I would normally have time for on a week day. Made me determined to improve my fitness levels and start being good food wise again.

At lunchtime we all went out for a walk so I took the camera to try and get some action shots. I've seen some great ones that other cockapoo owners have taken and, although the ones I took today were better than previous they are still not quite what I want.

The fields where we walk him are now getting quite overgrown and it is so funny to see him leaping about in there.

Could do with the rest of the week off now to get some jobs done.
