We're off!

Well that's day 1 done! Now it makes you think ... Walking to my perch for the day on my holidays seemed to take a while so I checked it out and it's 300 paces plus 100 steps down the cliff. I make that there and back 500m or 0.5k easy - so I've done that 3 times today and followed it up with a half hr cycle in the hotel gym - easy peasy start - injury cleared up too I feel so that's good... Only 49 more days to go ...
