IN THE PINK:

It is a horrible day, cold & blustery with lots of white caps on the lake. Happily the sun shone mid afternoon so I shot up to the top garage & got this photo before it disappeared again. I noticed this tree yesterday & decided the dogwoods are holding their leaves for much longer than the maples. This is Cornus Florida Cherokee Sunset. I think it is beautiful. As an added bonus, has flowers of a similar shade in the spring.
