A snorter of a frost this morning - that's two in a row, nice day that followed.

The day has been spent sitting at the computer, with oldTimer beside me.  We are the Competition Co-ordinators for our club, and it has taken as more than four hours to get this done and in the post to our judge.

I was give a huge and beautiful bunch of hydrangeas from oldTimers garden, and my blip is the tiny centre of one of the flowerettes in the head.

Update on son Aidan who snapped his Achilles playing tennis on Sunday - he has a 5.6 cm hole which will require surgery - he was put back in plaster until surgery can be scheduled.  His lovely wife has announced that his tennis playing days are over!  Mind you, having snapped both Achilles surely he can't do them again.....surely?
