Raise a smile

May Day and the sun shone, for a while.

Chat, washing, ironing, hoovering and cleaning. Short Skype. Garden Centre. Late for E. Dump. Cameron Toll - plants, booze (not for me) and a wee BBQ, oh and plants. GM. Home and more online shopping. Bed, early.

The guys at the dump have brightened the verges with recuperated items, artificial flowers etc creating a garden like ambience. Apparently the 'powers that be' think it's 'tacky' and want it removed. It's quirky and prettier than the skips on the other side of the road. Made me smile.
