It's better to celebrate

It's better to celebrate than worry about the water oozing into the garage.

I did a bit of both and focused my worry into a video of the water, photos, and the start of a letter that will go way over the top of the guy who's done nothing.

On the celebration front I can confirm that the new kitchen island accommodates a decent spread and a stellar selection of craft beers :-)
