Real or not?

A gorgeous sunrise this morning and used a recommended app to add a reflection of water and some mist. Looks good and could easily be passed off as reality. So easy it made me wonder how many other "great" photos are like this? There is even one that swaps skies that look incredibly realistic. This came from a video link from the iPhone photography school.
