Fields of gold

I wore my chauffeur's cap today to drive friend Anne through to Edinburgh to collect some paintings from the Torrance Gallery.

The many fields of bright yellow oilseed rape as we came off the motorway were a wonderful sight, although we were less impressed by the scent they exuded! A bright blue sky would have set them off better than the white, but at least it wasn't raining.

Off out tonight to a fancy dinner at Culcreuch Castle to celebrate the Strathendrick Singers' 40th anniversary. The 'friends' who support the choir have been invited to join the singers for the special occasion.

Catch y'all later, blipmates.
