Rather wet for the most part today but stayed relatively dry for 12k at lunchtime, with the guys, Was trying to explain what I did during my vacation last week. They all thought I was crazy. Well they all thought that anyway. "How can you not eat meat ?"

Still feeling good; back on the coffee but we are still abstaining from the alcohol.
