Tiny Tuesday Raindrops

I met a friend for coffee and some last minute shopping and car cleaning this morning. In the afternoon I took the car back to my niece who had generously lent it to me for the entire time I was here. Unfortunately, it rained on the way over so the car was not looking so sparkly when I arrived. 
I sent the parents out to dinner while I babysat my great niece as a thank you. They left me an amazing meal of slow roasted lamb - my favourite and the last lamb I will have for a while. My sister joined me later then drove me home after the parents came back after a rare outing alone. The little poppet had behaved very well by sleeping soundly while they were out, as well.
