Bluebells...

A sunny day in Edinburgh, so we packed up the SBG and a picnic and headed over to the Botanics for the day.

Lots of activities going on beside the Gardeners Cottage.  The kids got to water the plants, go on a treasure hunt, test their knowledge of different veg (8/8), eat scones with jam made from fruit from the gardens and plant some peas to take home.  We also all got to try some wild garlic pesto, which was pretty tasty. 

In the evening, it was the last episode of Line of Duty.  Felt slightly drained at the end of it.
