Notes: Up and did yoga - already getting lots from Susan and call to talk about the sentiment and whether I was moving forward or not (the state of my mind is somewhat obvious). All kinds of race wrap-up and new Moffitt challenges - the chaos and darkness returned. Was supp to be rainy much of the day, we got about 10-20 min of it out here at the beach.
