A surprising new fence

Some banging and sawing have been evident behind my bushes in the back garden. It all became clear when my next door neighbour came round to tell me his maintenance man had put up a new fence in the boundary between us. He did not know whose responsibility it was but he wanted it done so happy to pay for it. Just a slight shame some of the shrubbery has been cut and will die but the fence looks fine so thought it worth a blip.
