Tulip....

I just noticed this one when I looked out the kitchen window this morning, so went outside for a closer look. Years ago I'd planted about 2 dozen tulip bulbs in my back yard, but less and less of them bloomed each spring until  last year I didn't have any of them grow! Needless to say,  this was a really pleasant surprise! Sunny today and the rain passed us by, so hopefully this tulip will last at least a week or so!  :))
