Tears and Tulips

Raindrops on tulips glisten after the rain,
as teardrops on my cheeks show the pain.
Grey skies today and no sign of sunshine, my heart aches as the castle bell chimes.
If only the clock could turn back time,
just to hold their hand, and feel them close.
Memories never fade for those we love most.
