Starfish
Pottering round the harbour in Marsaxlokk watching the colourful boats bobbing in the sunshine on the water was very pleasant this afternoon and was followed by lunch in a small cafe on the front. The town's name comes from 'marsa' which means port and 'xlokk' meaning south east and is an extremely pretty part of Malta.
Looking down on the floor caught in a bit of netting was this forgotten starfish easily overlooked in the fishermen's clutter.
We had a wonderful evening with the newlyweds tonight and have been treated to dinner in St Julian's which was fabulous. Sad to say good-bye for a little while at least.
Huge thanks to everyone who has been kind enough to look at and comment on my blips recently.
