Two Frogs

A grey tree frog (upper left) and a wood frog, brought to a  science class at the Hartsbrook School School nearby, by my friend Arn (from our bird club). I gave a show of bird images--mostly local birds, while my friend Arn talked generally about the natural world and a number of critters including birds. He brought along a snake and three frogs which he had captured nearby in the last couple of days (he doesn't keep such animals captive).  Arn recently  retired from teaching at the school but still contributes (in this case also with a bird walk next week).  It's a  Waldorf school, with a typically holistic integrated curriculum.
