Last day of Relay 1 and first day of Forum. We still had a few sessions to do whilst everyone arrived for Forum.

We had our first packed lunch since we came... we've been having 2 hot meals a day. It's been way too much. We all appreciated the normal lunch and FRUIT!

Me Est, Piero and Tim went for a walk and got and Ice pop, we decided we would go for a walk in the fields. Literally crammed with cows, I didn't think it was the best idea. We managed our way through them and into another field. Esther went first and a few seconds later was screaming as the what looked like solid ground was actually watery cow poo with a slight crust. Her flip flopped foot was literally brown. I thought she might cry.
We walked back the way we came, Esther without any shoes on with us all in hysterics. It came to the stile and it was overgrown with stinging nettles so I gave Est a piggy back. It didn't go too well. We both ended up falling over into stinging nettles. I got a clump of about 40-50 stings on my knee and a cut leg. The boys just laughed.

Quick pub trip with other Relayers then Est and I decided to have snooze in the afternoon as we have another week to trek through and we were so tired. And our legs hurt.
