small fish???????

A big company in own has donated us some fish for our seabirds. I went to pick them up and was going to rebag them. I undid them....I was expecting sprats....these are huge- several kilos each. i have just spent last hour cutting them up to free flow them in the freezer. What a job!!!!!!
