Cheeky Devil!

I spotted this gargoyle on the side of a house near us, last week and thought he'd make a good blip at some point, so on my way back from swimming I stopped to take a photo.  I hope the owners didn't see me, as I'd also photographed it last week and  I'll be getting a reputation here as well as in France!

Other than that, I've been to the supermarket to do a food shop and bought the ingredients to make Jamie Oliver's Chicken Tagine for tomorrow night, when Rose and Randy are back with us.  I then had a telephone assessment with a physiotherapist at Nuffield Health regarding my ankle, and I've been given some exercises to do for two weeks and then they'll call me back to see how I've got on.  At that point a decision will be made as to what treatment I can have.

I've also had a skype call with Christine my old French teacher who lives in Belgium. It's nice that we still keep in touch.

Anyway, I've got a basket of ironing, so I'd better go and get that done, as I don't want to be doing it when our visitors are back.
