Rothko style - AT97

Trying to combine an abstract with an entry for a weekly alphabetical challenge, which this week is R for Rothko. I captured the maroon purple lampshade of a table lamp in the holiday home against the off-white wall and framed it with a maroon/purple background in PS Elements.

There is no theme for Abstract Thursday this week, you're free to do whatever you like, as long as it is an abstract and you have fun being creative ;-) The tag is AT97 ! I'll post the results of this week's entries on Sunday in this journal. You can find the other entries here

It's another fair and sunny day in Central Scotland today, I had a longer walk today, every day a little more will help get some of the condition back and strengthen the muscles. I know it StarWars Day today, MTFBWY, but unfortunately May the 4th will always be a day to remember the dead for me, the Dutch commemorate all those who died during WWII and in other war conflicts on the eve of the day the whole of The Netherlands got liberated after WWII (5 May 1945).
