Wine needed!

Yesterday the damp proof men were supposed to start work. 9:30 no sign of them so phoned the company. No it's next week they said. They'd only gone and mixed up the weeks! Now they're coming next week and have messed up my entire moving schedule. I explained that I expected this would be reflected in a reduced price.
