I wish I knew what this couple were looking for.  They never looked in any other direction.  That's with the exception of the male on top checking his mate, conceivably to see if he was going to be challenged on his perch atop the ocotillo.

It's not a perfect photo but considering the whips of the ocotillo were waving in the wind and it was about 26ft/8m away, I'm not too disappointed with it.

I'm still pretty depressed but the good news is that I was finally able to sleep through the night.  Finally, toe pain didn't continually awaken me.  Maybe getting some decent sleep for a few nights will help.  I had Pandora on this morning and heard this  song.  It helped perk me up, too.
