Clocking In

I'm back at work in the Canadian Maritimes - one of my favourite parts of the world.
The clock tower stands outside the Citadel in Halifax and was supposedly designed by Edward, Duke of Kent (Queen Victoria's Dad) because he was fed up with the tardiness of the British troops garrisoned there.
