Polling day

My big achievement of the day was to complete and submit our journal article. Although it's only taken a few weeks to write, an awful lot of work went into the research project of which it is an output. We have at least two more papers to complete from this piece of work, though goodness knows when I will be able to schedule the time to polish them off.

I only left my keyboard once for a very short time today, and that was to vote. I love the old fashioned direction signs. Is that a butler pointing the way? How quaint.
