My Spiritual Home

I believe that everyone needs a special place to go to when life gets a bit stressful. Somewhere that calms the soul and tops up the zen. Mine is Llanddwynn Island, Anglesey. 
I love being by the sea, and there is something very spiritual about this place. Perhaps because it was home to St Dwynwen, the Welsh patron saint of lovers. Or maybe because the views are amazing and even when there are a lot of people about, it can still feel solitary.
Whatever the reason, whenever there is a need, this is where I head.
