Good to let it all hang our once in awhile and go with the breeze as the tulips seemed to be doing today:)   Another trip to the skagit with my dear friend...as escape for her from daily caretaking and always a joy for me to see the valley landscape and blooming tulips so joyously colorful.    
   Today is the actual 90th birtday for another dear friend--Barb who is enduring such struggles at the rehab...last night she fell as the aide didn't put the locks on her wheelchair when trying to move her around ...I just happened to call right after she fell.  So I called her son and told him and for him to call there and see what was going on.  He did and he said he'd go out today....the doctor also agreed she needed another chest xray and probably some steroids for her horrendous chest cough...DUH.  She was getting her hair done today when I called in preparation for her party at the rehab where we will gather with friend and family of hers.!!!
