Sainte Marie

The community platform (group of community representatives) in one of my 'old' neighbourhoods was being validated today.

The validation was celebrated with a series of ceremonies: speeches, prayers, songs and some real nice dancing.

I was fully taken by surprise when they starting singing 'Ave Maria' in French. "Hello familie Schuffelers", seemed like you were all there for a minute... ;-)
