Yambio meets London

A South Sudan focused day with various meetings in London, including this one at University College where we sat outside and froze eating a late lunch. It came after a meeting with some academics about technology we could use to collect data in very remote, off-grid, illiterate communities.

A long refugee group meeting in the evening. When the meetings go well it's pleasurable to be amongst a group of very dedicated colleagues, and we don't seem to mind spending half an hour talking about a tick box on a form. When the meetings are stressful and tense, as can happen when random characters with different styles and backgrounds come together, long discussions on minutiae are less easy to embrace. Happily, tonight was one of the former types of meeting.
