Book club was indeed fun last night, just the six of us and not too late ;)

It's been one of those funny Fridays.

I ran 6km early bird. Then came back to get on with some work and we had a power cut for nearly three hours which then rather lost me my early start.

And I'm such a dingbat that I kept forgetting and thinking "oh well I'll go and stick the kettle on..." or "Oh I'll just put a wash on," before realising the electricity didn't only affect my computer...doh.

However, lots has been achieved and plenty of planning for the coming months too.

Today's best piece of news though is the fact my mother has finally exchanged on her new house and gets the keys next week! 

Hurray.

Another bank holiday on Monday means a delightfully long weekend. Double hurray!
