Blipmeet at St. Catherines

Had a lovely last minute blipmeet with kwdiane and kwchas down St. Catherines in the northeast of Island. I noticed that they were blipping photos of the island and managed to arrange to meet them (see extra) for a cuppa and walk along the breakwater. It was lovely to be able to walk and stop to take photos without worrying that I was lagging behind again!

I haven't walked along there for years and was amazed to see so many people fishing, including 2 grey haired women!! We tried to get shots of a pipit (rock or meadow) and watched the swallows and swifts with delight as well as having a good old chinwag.
