Well that's a pane.

I took a snap of this window several years ago and posted elsewhere, I'll add it as an extra, the original was titled 'Saturday Night, Sunday Mourning'
I noticed recently decorators painting the bars, but even after a little TLC the window pane, middle left, remained unfixed.
