Ready?

Excellent birthday party with the boys, seeing all our old friends from UCLA, followed by the Paralympics Closing Ceremony and unchecked tears, followed by Callum helping in the hot and humid garden, warranting this shower and the sun setting to a pretty rainbow over the mountains.

Utterly moved to tears that we are living in a generation of that incredible level of acceptability and now greater understanding of disability and the hope that provides to future generations. What an outstanding summer of sport. I'm so proud of my home town and the greater UK for all that's been achieved during these games.
