Friday with Fiona

No skirt today.  Cargo pants.   No hairbrush.  Know this child better.  Very excited to READ a book she got at the school library.   
We had a little field trip to the Museum of History and Industry… (MOHAI) a snack and coffee in the cafe -…—we always sit at this window table to look out on the old boats moored at the south end of Lake Union.   (the interesting 1921 wood hull steamer Virginia V here) There’s an fine new exhibit about Seattle area food but Fi’s favorite is the old Seattle icons.   Home to do a project about Georges Seurat”s dot painting Le Gran Jatte so we made our own picture but got tired of making dots and have more appreciation for Georges.  Lots of play with a balloon and then she made the pancakes for dinner!  Haven't had them in a while ..What a big help.

The blip will qualify for Whats out my window I think and I’ve put tired us in the extra at end of dessert to show the nice signatures  (more new ones from Fi’s imaginary friends today)  on my cast,.,,  5 more days for this one !!!!!!
