Barns Ness

Day one walking the John Muir Way. Dunglass to East Linton, 18 miles.

After we realised that the walk actually starts in a lay by on the A1, walked down to the beach, past Torness power station, the lighthouse at Barns Ness , some golfers and arrived at Dunbar. There I had a late lunch and a grand blether with just allan and his two youngest, K & G.

On to East Linton after lunch having a wander round the stunning sands at Belhaven Bay as the tide was out. Arrived in time for supper and some lovely IPA.
