Why can you never find what you need.

Tonight has been spent trying to find the receipt for our fire. We are having to go through trading standards due to issues we have had but so far I've not been able to find the receipt. We have a receipt for everything else down to tins of paint and bags of sand but not for the bloody fire!
What a nightmare!
