Mother and Child
A few jobs at home today. Another brood of blackbirds. The size of the youngsters never ceases to amaze me. This one , especially all fluffed up, is nearly as big as mum, and dwarfs dad. We had an interloper today - our usual range of garden birds was joined by a racing pigeon, presumably from the loft a few doors down. I hope he doesn't tell his loft mates about the haute cuisine to be had chez nous.
