Through the window....

I've tagged this for the Blip Community Blog project - What's outside my window.  This is a bit of a lazy blip as I've not been bothered to step outside the door today, but having said that it's made a nice change to sit about all day and do nothing.  The shot was taken from our little gym - quite a nice space off the main bedroom which I suspect was an open balcony once upon a time before we came to own the house.  You'd think from all the equipment we have that we would both be super fit, but as it is we're both down to doing the bare minimum - but I suppose that's better than doing nothing at all.
