Get off my land

An early morning 5k run in Sheffield started the day.  Saw three of my pupils and each one of them thrashed me :)  I took 1 min off of last week's time so am well chuffed with the progress, although my right knee is smarting.

Then this afternoon it was off to see Tom - an old friend who has just bought 10 acres of woodland.  Apart from some unwanted rhododendrons it looked great, and it sounds like we'll be up there again soon for some camping fun.

We were joined on the walk by a mad dog and a mad kid (see extras) who were great company. 

A quality day from start to finish.
