Today at the race...

Pippa and I got up early this morning for the First swim meeting in Gent. I was team manager of only a small team compared to last weekend. Pippa raced 100m butterfly for the 1st time in a 50m pool, as well as a 200m freestyle. I was very impressed by her race on the 200m - coming 8th in a field of 150 swimmers between 13, 14 and yr olds.
Abbie and Bert left slightly later for the rowing course in Gent for the International Spring Regatta. Abbie raced her first ever 2 km race in the JW 2xfield and did amazingly well!
