Earth wind and fire

Juno walked round the allotment, so I could pick up some trees I have grown.

Headed west to check my hives at the woodland. This is a tough environment for the bees and is was good to see the bees surviving, one stronger than the other. Found a queen in the weaker one so survived the winter.

Headed back home and checked the other hives, all well at the apiary, the cold wind restricted the inspection.

Home to check garage roof, one doing ok but one queenless and very unpleasant to deal with.

Gathered my thoughts and headed back west to get the weak hive and bring home with the plan to merge it with the queenless one.

A pleasant drive west with the setting sun and a burning moor.

Home and hive on roof.

Knackered.
