Head Case

This is my friend, Beccs, and she's recently been diagnosed with Depression. She's decided to keep a 'Depression Diary', and asked me to take a photo of her with her mental health book. She's also wearing my funky cats-eye sunglasses, and looks rather fabulous.

I also have depression, so I understand what she's going through. She was brave to ask for help (I didn't, which was a mistake), and she has her friends and family for support.

I told her she's now a member of the Nutters Club, like me, and we can be nutty together!
