Diamond Jubilee Map

I collected my Diamond Jubilee map today. To celebrate the Queen's diamond jubilee the parish council commissioned the illustrator Gavin Rowe (who lives locally) to produce a wonderful map (at A2 size) of the parish illustrating key events, people and places. I was pleased to play a small part in the production - having taken some of the photographs that the artist worked from and encouraging the committee to include a reference to the Canadian and Free Polish forces based here during the second world war.
