Weston Park

May Day brought rain! What a surprise. The forecast was brighter weather in the afternoon and I'd seen that Weston Park was open for a reduced admission fee. I was starting to get a little stir crazy so I finally managed to persuade Chris to have a little drive out to get a blip and to build up our steps. Chris was hesitant due to the Bank Holiday traffic but in the end the roads were really quiet - probably due to the rain in the morning. Weston Park was also really quiet and we had a lovely walk around the grounds.
We saw two duck families with lots of little ducklings amongst them come together on the pond but it certainly wasn't a play date and the two females had a massive fight while the males watched!
