Look down!!!

When I was little I was obsessed with worms & was constantly scanning the floor for them - I actually cut my head open when I hit a lamp post so intent was I!!!! I found myself looking for worms today but instead saw this pic - why would someone stencil an apple on the floor??? Xxx
