Pieris japonica

Spent much of the day stewarding at our Conservation Exhibition. With walks and talks it has been a first class event.
So the photo is from the garden. It is good value with evergreen leaves and hundreds of flowers.

Out to dinner tonight with three delightful and intelligent ladies, two in their seventies and one in her eighties who is our hostess. They are all lots of fun but only one of them is willing to apply pain reducing gel to my back. But I am glad to say it is hardly needed any more.
