A tale of two gins
After our trip to Cotswold distillery six weeks ago I have developed a taste for gin with ice. The addition of tonic covers the subtle taste of the botanicals that give the gin its flavour.
The picture shows Bombay Sapphire on the left and Cotswold gin on the right. The Cotswold gin is much oilier and as the ice is added it turns milky as shown in the picture.
My preference is for the flavour of the Cotswold gin
I used to think that gin was just gin
