Sunday default

moments before a bank of cloud extinguished the sunlight a good half hour before sunset. A very windy day but that didn't stop me walking with Kiki at Sipe wildlife area.

       Weekend television habits include: A Place to Call Home; Miss Fisher; Call the Midwife; Home Fires; Sunday Morning and 60 Minutes (which is really 40).

       Currently making slow progress with D.H. Lawrence's The Plumed Serpent  and I have Carlos Fuentes' Inez  from the library. It is a short novel so shouldn't be too much trouble to finish it before its due date. I should have David McCullough's collection of addresses and essays The American Spirit: Who we are and what we stand for. in the mail tomorrow.
