Autumn Dayz : Golden Willows

Today the walking group parked at Shortcut and walked up the true right of the Clutha River.  3 of us turned back at lunch time to attend a funeral of the husband of one of our walkers.   It was nice to see a good number of walkers supporting our friend at this sad time.

The rain stayed away, and the willows looked beautiful shining in the sunshine.  

Have the fire going now, it will soon heat up the house.  It has been a good day.
